ISF has been tasked to provide all possible protection to the workers. Imran Khan will continue to follow up the preparations for the Long March while staying permanently in Lahore. The important meeting of the party will be held today through Skype.

Imran Khan's announcement to start the long march from Friday


Chairman PTI Imran Khan while holding a press conference in Ahor has said that we will gather at Lahore Liberty at 11 o'clock and then the march towards Islamabad will start from there.

According to the report of Snow TV correspondent Yasir Hussain, the decision of long march was taken today by Imran Khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi in a one-to-one meeting. After that, as soon as Imran Khan announced the long march, the leadership of Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan were surprised.

It should be noted that during the visit to Peshawar, Imran Khan had reviewed the preparations for the long march, while in the Lawyers' Convention, Imran Khan had announced to ensure the preparation and full participation of the long march.

However, upon reaching Lahore after Peshawar, Imran Khan's announcement to start the long march from Friday left the leadership stunned. Asad Umar will establish committees related to the arrangements for the long march and assign them various responsibilities.

Asad Umar will be responsible for liaison with MNAs and MPAs in the Long March. Members of the National and Provincial Assembly will bear the expenses of their constituencies or accompanying workers along with their respective district organization.

According to sources, the long march will enter Islamabad from all four sides. The big convoy coming from Lahore will reach Islamabad via Motorway and GT Road. The convoy coming from Azad Kashmir will enter Islamabad via Murree and Bihara Kahu

The convoy from Gujarat, Gujranwala will enter Islamabad via Rawat via Jhelum. The convoy coming from Gilgit Baltistan and KPK will pass through Peshawar Mardan, Attock and then enter Islamabad. Imran Khan will leave for Islamabad with a long march from Lahore.
