PTI Chairman Imran Khan contested in constituency NA 45, which was vacated by the resignation of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf MNA Malik Fakhr Zaman in Karam District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the unofficial unofficial results of 143 polling stations, Chairman PTI Imran Khan won with 20 thousand 748 votes, Malik Jameel Ahmad Khan of JUIF was second with 12 thousand 718 votes.
14 candidates, including Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) candidate Malik Jameel Khan participated in the by-election.
